HR & Intake Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional HR & Intake Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in onboarding caregivers, maintaining compliance, and supporting daily operations.

Position Requirements:

  • MUST be bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
  • Organized, responsible, and professional
  • Experience in healthcare, home health, or HR is a plus

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing new HHA applications
  • Onboarding and credentialing caregivers
  • Maintaining caregiver files and compliance records
  • Tracking document expirations (TB, physicals, CEUs, etc.)
  • Assisting with new client intake paperwork
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Supporting office operations as needed

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
