Job Title: HR Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various functions within the NBFC, ensuring timely hiring of the right talent to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes for all levels of roles across the NBFC.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Use multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, campus drives) to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment insights.
  • Compliance: Ensure hiring practices are aligned with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain recruitment dashboards, track metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness), and present hiring reports to management.
  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate with HR operations to ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding experience for new hires.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
