The HR Intern is responsible for supporting the HR department in recruitment.
Responsibilities :
• Recruitment and Staffing
> Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
> Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring
managers.
> Manage candidate communications
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, along with adaptability, diplomacy, and resilience
• Cultural sensitivity
• Above 70% of marks (till semester results published by the University)
• MBA / MHRM / MA / MSc. / M. Com
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
