Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support in employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide support in attendance, payroll, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related documentation as required.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR team to support day-to-day operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
