HR Intern

Studio Atelier is launching an Ed-tech platform for E Learning. Atelier also conducts corporate Workshops and Product Launch. Our clientele includes: Jio 5G, Hindustan Unilever, J.P. Morgan, Technicolor and more.

Role Overview: We're seeking a passionate HR Intern to assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create Job Description
• Source & shortlist candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate interviews and help with offer letters and onboarding.
• Maintain HR databases and employee records.
• Creating offer Letter
• Screening Candidates in Preliminary Round.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, engagement)
• Organizational skills & attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
