Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates, providing necessary information and support throughout the hiring process.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials, conducting orientations, and assisting with the completion of required paperwork.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
- Employee Records and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Assist in organizing and updating HR documentation, such as policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Training and Development:
- Support the coordination of training programs and initiatives.
- Assist in tracking employee training progress and maintaining training records.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in handling basic employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the HR team as needed.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment by participating in employee engagement initiatives.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR-related correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
