HR Intern

Job description

Ciferon is a simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both,

integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like: Billing, Inventory,

accounting, Reports, online orders and many more. Ciferon, is looking for a Human Resource Intern

to help us plan, recruit, develop, and execute effective strategies to build a solid connection with

employees and management.

Responsibilities:

· Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approval

· Filling positions within an organization.

· Developing own network of suitable candidates.

· Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms

· Networking with various institutions and social media.

· Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, employee engagement and other

schedules

· Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process

· Liasioning with external recruitment agencies for closing positions on time

· Managing and handling the orientation of new employees

· Ensuring that the employees are satisfied with their role in the organisation, the work

environment

· Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for

employees

· Managing the employees’ data of each department

· Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.

· Overseeing safety and health of the employees

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s/Master's degree in human resource management or relevant field

· Proficient in job posting and searching with excellent command in job portals handling

· Excellent communication skills

· Knowledge and understanding of HR cycle

· Efficiency in time management

· Must have leadership skills and work ethics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
