Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the core functions of Human Resources, giving you a strong foundation for a future career in HR. You will collaborate with our HR team on recruitment, employee engagement, training, and people operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Participate in HR projects, research, and policy development.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
