HR Intern

• Draft Job Descriptions (JD) for various roles.
• Create and publish job postings on portals & social media.
• Design job advertising posters using Canva and ensure attractive layouts.
• Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate tracker.
• Research colleges and universities for internship/campus tie-ups.
• Prepare and maintain database of placement officers and career cells.
• Support in reaching out to volunteers for events, programs, and projects.
• Coordinate communication with student bodies and associations.
• Design creative posters/flyers for HR and engagement activities using Canva.
• Assist in promoting organizational culture on social media platforms.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS dashboards, and maintain Google Sheets.
• Assist in policy communication and record management.
• Research HR best practices, tools, and engagement trends.
• Support in online training session coordination and feedback collection.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹100.00 - ₹200.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 5 per week
