Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including:
- Posting job openings
- Screening resumes
- Scheduling interviews
- Coordinating with candidates and interviewers
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes:
- Preparing offer letters and HR documentation
- Setting up new hire orientation
- Ensuring necessary access, tools, and introductions are arranged
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases:
- Data entry, updating employee information
- Ensuring documents are filed properly and confidentiality is maintained
- Support payroll and benefits administration (as needed):
- Gathering timesheets or attendance records
- Assisting with liaising with benefits providers
- Undertake employee engagement and communication tasks:
- Help plan or run HR events, workshops, or employee welfare activities
- Draft internal communications, newsletters, HR updates
- Assist with HR policy implementation and compliance:
- Ensuring company policies are up to date
- Helping with documentation or communications around HR policies
- Perform general administrative duties:
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing reports, presentations
- Other duties as assigned by HR team
