About Us

LoyalWings (by Salesqueen Software Solution) is an ERP & CRM software company providing innovative business solutions. We are expanding our HR team and looking for motivated Tamil-speaking HR Interns to support recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for ERP/CRM and IT-related roles.
• Handle job postings across multiple platforms.
• Conduct telephonic / video interviews (in Tamil & English when needed).
• Maintain candidate database and daily reports.
• Coordinate with management on hiring requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements

✅ Must be from Tamil Nadu (fluent Tamil speaking & writing is compulsory).
✅ Must have completed a degree (No current students allowed. Applications from students will be rejected and reported).
✅ Must own a laptop and have reliable internet.
✅ Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets / Email).
✅ Full-time availability only (not part-time).

Candidate Preferences

• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent management.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
