HR intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding activities and new employee orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Help organize training sessions, workshops, and other HR events.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports and HR analytics.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
