Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding activities and new employee orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and other HR events.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and HR analytics.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
