Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in Human Resources, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational processes. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students to gain professional HR experience and potentially grow into a long-term HR role within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain candidate databases and employee records.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR-related events.
• Contribute to HR documentation, policies, and reports.
• Coordinate with management on daily HR operations.
• Handle basic administrative and support tasks related to HR.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (final-year students may also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and professionalism.
