Position: HR Intern

About the Role

We are seeking an MBA-HR intern to join our Human Resources team and support core HR functions. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance, offering practical industry experience for aspiring HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
• Support onboarding, induction, and training programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files.
• Assist in payroll data collation, attendance, and leave management.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Draft HR documents, policies, and reports as required.
• Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance updates.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.

Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources (pursuing last semester or recently completed).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of HR concepts and practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
