HR Intern (Jayanagar, Bangalore) – Immediate Joiners Preferred

Profile:
We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our team at Trove, Jayanagar, Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates eager to gain hands-on HR experience and contribute to key HR functions. You’ll support day-to-day HR operations while learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily HR activities, including attendance management and record-keeping.
• Support in creating and maintaining training materials.
• Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities.
• Work on recruitment coordination and screening processes.
• Handle HR documentation and data management.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, and Forms.
• Collaborate with the HR team on ad-hoc projects to improve processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year).
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Forms, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to join immediately at our Jayanagar, Bangalore office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
