Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai

Duration: 3–6 months (extension possible)

West Avenue Realty is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in core HR functions—from recruitment to employee engagement—in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and interview scheduling
• Help onboard new hires and maintain up-to-date HR records
• Support and execute employee engagement initiatives
• Contribute to drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance
• Take on general HR and administrative tasks
• What We’re Looking For:
• Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, or related fields
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Comfortable with MS Office and quick to adapt to new tools
