Recruiter Intern – Human Resources

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing strategies, and HR operations. Outstanding performance during the internship may lead to a full-time role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the full recruitment life cycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and engage candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and assist in preparing recruitment reports.
• Support various HR initiatives and contribute to team projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
