HR Intern

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in various administrative and HR-related tasks. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, recruitment, and office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support in drafting HR letters, memos, and internal communications.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
  • Conduct basic research on HR policies, best practices, and compliance.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
