We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in various administrative and HR-related tasks. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, recruitment, and office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support in drafting HR letters, memos, and internal communications.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and preparing necessary documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
- Conduct basic research on HR policies, best practices, and compliance.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
