HR Intern

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, reports, and documentation.
  • Support payroll and attendance tracking processes.
  • Help with filing, scanning, and maintaining HR documents.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
  • Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
