Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Review resumes and shortlist profiles.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure smooth logistics.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS or Excel sheets.
  • Job Postings: Draft and publish job descriptions across platforms.
  • Candidate Engagement: Follow up with candidates, share feedback, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment metrics and weekly dashboards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
