Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Review resumes and shortlist profiles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure smooth logistics.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS or Excel sheets.
- Job Postings: Draft and publish job descriptions across platforms.
- Candidate Engagement: Follow up with candidates, share feedback, and ensure a positive experience.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment metrics and weekly dashboards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
