HR Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive HR Intern to support our HR Operations team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR processes, data management, compliance, employee engagement, and documentation. You’ll work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and checklist coordination.
  • Help prepare and manage HR letters, ID cards, attendance, and leave reports.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Assist in HR audits, compliance tracking, and policy documentation.
  • Provide support in HR analytics — data entry, reporting, and dashboard updates.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR systems, benefits, and payroll coordination.
  • Work on process improvement initiatives to streamline HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, confidentiality, and willingness to learn.
