What You’ll Do

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  
• Support HR operations including documentation, HRMS updates, and employee records management.
  
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  
• Coordinate with managers and employees to support learning & development initiatives.
  
• Conduct basic research on HR best practices and provide recommendations.
  
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance with company policies.
