HR Intern – Immediate Joiners Preferred

Location: Noida (Onsite)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
Experience: 0–1 Year
Start Date: Immediate

Eligibility:
Graduate in any stream (Bachelor’s degree is a must)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Own laptop & willingness to work full-time from office
Proactive, eager to learn, and grow

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → scheduling → onboarding
• Use job portals & LinkedIn to attract talent
• Conduct screening calls & coordinate interviews
• Support documentation (offers, background checks, certificates)
• Maintain candidate database & share weekly hiring updates
• Ensure smooth & professional candidate experience
