Job Responsibilities: HR Internship
We are pleased to share the job description on for the position on of Human Resource Intern within our HR department. This internship will focus on Recruitment and Payroll functions, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in two vital areas of Human Resources. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive candidate who is eager to learn and contribute to the success of our organization.
Recruitment:
Assist with the recruitment process, including pos ng job openings, screening resumes, andscheduling interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding interview
details and updates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
Assist in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
Update and maintain recruitment-related documentation and databases.
Payroll:
Support payroll processing ac vi es, including data entry, payroll calculations, and
verification of master sheets.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of pay checks or electronic transfers to employees.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
Assist in the maintenance of payroll records and documenta on.
