We are offering an opportunity for enthusiastic and career-driven students to join our Industrial Winter Internship Programme 2025 in the Human Resources Department.

This program provides hands-on exposure to HR practices in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Internship Details:

Duration: 8 Weeks
Stipend: As per market standards (with Internship Certificate)
Focus Areas: Recruitment Lifecycle, Employee Engagement, and Statutory Compliance

Key Learning Areas:

1️ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Assist with screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining the candidate database.
• Learn practical recruitment strategies for shop floor and office roles.

2️ Employee Relations & Engagement

• Support employee engagement activities (safety training, medical camps, etc.).
• Help document grievances and resolve basic employee queries.

3️ HRIS & Documentation

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system.
• Manage HR files and ensure statutory documents are up to date.

4️ Statutory Compliance

• Learn compliance requirements under the Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF/ESI, and other HR laws applicable to a manufacturing plant.
