Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Support in conducting reference checks and preparing offer letters.
  • Help with new employee onboarding and orientation activities.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll preparation by gathering data as needed.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Help plan and organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Support internal communication initiatives and HR events.

4. Learning & Development

  • Assist in identifying training needs and scheduling training sessions.
  • Maintain training attendance and evaluation records.

5. Compliance & Policy Support

  • Support HR audits and documentation as per compliance requirements.
  • Help update HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Practical experience in end-to-end HR operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
