Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Support in conducting reference checks and preparing offer letters.
- Help with new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll preparation by gathering data as needed.
3. Employee Engagement
- Help plan and organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support internal communication initiatives and HR events.
4. Learning & Development
- Assist in identifying training needs and scheduling training sessions.
- Maintain training attendance and evaluation records.
5. Compliance & Policy Support
- Support HR audits and documentation as per compliance requirements.
- Help update HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Learning Outcomes:
