Job Description: HR Intern

Position Overview:

The HR Intern will assist the HR department with recruitment activities and data management tasks. This role involves supporting the recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of HR-related information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.

2. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

3. Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.

4. Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and coordinating orientation sessions.

5. Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives.

6. Compile and analyze recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

7. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as drafting job descriptions and posting job vacancies.

8. Support data management activities by organizing and maintaining HR-related documents and files.

9. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and updating HR databases.

10. Provide general administrative support to the Talent A team as needed.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
