Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Prepare and send initial correspondence to applicants .
- Administrative & Data Management:
- Update and maintain accurate employee records in the HR database (HRIS).
- Assist with filing and organising HR documents (digital and hard copies).
- Help gather and prepare data for payroll, benefits, or HR reports (e.g., tracking working hours, leave requests).
- On-boarding & Employee Relations:
- Assist with the new hire orientation and paperwork process.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize and coordinate company events or employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
