Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and application forms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Prepare and send initial correspondence to applicants .
  • Administrative & Data Management:
  • Update and maintain accurate employee records in the HR database (HRIS).
  • Assist with filing and organising HR documents (digital and hard copies).
  • Help gather and prepare data for payroll, benefits, or HR reports (e.g., tracking working hours, leave requests).
  • On-boarding & Employee Relations:
  • Assist with the new hire orientation and paperwork process.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize and coordinate company events or employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
