HR Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA graduate in HR to join us as an HR Intern. This role offers practical experience in essential HR functions at our software company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in IT recruitment by sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews. Support the payroll process by helping maintain employee data and attendance records. Handle general HR administrative tasks, including updating employee records and assisting with engagement activities.

Ideal Candidate:

· Pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Human Resources.

· Has strong communication skills and a keen interest in IT recruitment.

· Possesses a basic understanding of HR fundamentals and payroll.
