HR Intern – MindBiz (Jaipur) About Us: MindBiz, founded by IIT alumni, is a rapidly growing organization specializing in Study Abroad, Skill Development, and Job Placement Services in Europe (especially Germany). Position: HR Intern Location: Jaipur (Office-based) Duration: Internship (with potential for full-time role based on performance) Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews). Maintain and update candidate databases and employee records. Support onboarding and documentation of new employees. Help in performance tracking and HR reporting. Contribute to employee engagement activities and events. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related needs. Requirements: Pursuing or completed a degree in HR / Management / Psychology / related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
