Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Gurugram
Department: Human Resources
Duration: 3 Months
Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
  • Support in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR communications.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Support HR team in attendance, leave management, and documentation.
  • Provide assistance in policy implementation, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
