This internship at Osforh Software Solutions offers hands-on experience in HR within a technology environment, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and databases.
  • Help with performance management tasks.
  • Assist in organizing company events and engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee HR queries.
  • Conduct HR research and support policy development.
  • Collaborate with department managers.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
