Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR functions. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in human resources and organizational management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires (documentation, orientation coordination, etc.).
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement programs and events.
  • Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance tasks.
  • Support payroll and attendance management processes (as required).
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department in daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹4,001.00 per month
