Position Summary: The HR Intern will assist the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and learn about HR practices in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help organize and maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting follow-up surveys.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Help with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in implementing new policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or experience in HR or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus.
