Position: HR Intern
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site - Prahladnagar)
Working Hours: 1:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Salary Range: Rs. 5,000 - Rs. 8,000

About the Role

We are looking for a HR Intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the HR cycle including recruitment, and day-to-day HR operations. This is an on-site role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

● Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

● Post job listings on portals and social media platforms.

● Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

● Maintain and update employee records in HR software (attendance, leaves, documents, etc.).

● Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data (attendance, leave deductions, etc.).

● Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.

● Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of all HR information.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● 0-1 years of experience in HR (internship or full-time).

● Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

● Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
