About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR functions—from recruitment to payroll management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in attendance and leave data.
• Work extensively with MS Excel for HR reports, trackers, and analytics.
• Coordinate with different teams to support HR operations smoothly.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business Administration / Related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and interest in payroll & HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reports).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
