Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and orientation sessions.
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with various HR projects.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and organizing files.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
