Our company is based in Pune at Viman Nagar location and is involved in the development of customized web applications and portals for our customers in Europe. We are a leading company for energy procurement in liberalized energy markets across Europe.

What you will do:

• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process by handling job portals, coordinating with consultancies, identifying candidates, scheduling interviews, and on-boarding process.
• Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain an agenda.
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Strategically plan and assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
• Assist in all admin-related work.

What we expect:

• Certification/Degree in human resources, management or similar.
• Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be approachable and helpful.
• The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
• Strong critical thinking skills
