Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Support the recruitment process — sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Participate in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
• Support HR compliance and policy implementation.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Prepare reports and assist in HR projects as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in assigned tasks.
