Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation activities.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, follow-up, scheduling).
• Maintain candidate databases and track application progress.
• Support onboarding and induction processes.
• Help maintain HR documents, employee records, and attendance data.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Coordinate with departments for HR-related tasks and approvals.
• Support payroll and compliance team with basic inputs when required.
• Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, documentation).
• Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Coimbatore.
