About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR department with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding activities for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and policies
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events
• Help with attendance tracking and leave management
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data
• Handle employee queries and provide timely support
• Assist with HR audits, compliance, and documentation
• Work closely with HR team on various projects and initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Commerce, Psychology, or any related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers can apply
