Job Title: HR Intern

Company: Ana & Batla Industries (Bona Papa Baby Diaper Company)

Location: Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Duration: 2 Months (Paid Internship)

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: BBA (HR) – Fresh graduate or currently in final year

- Universities Preferred: IOBM, MAJU, Bahria University

- Location: Must be living near Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi

- Gender: Male

- Age: Around 22

Key Responsibilities

- Assist HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation

- Maintain employee records and support attendance management

- Help in employee engagement activities and coordination tasks

- Perform data entry and prepare basic HR reports

- Provide support in daily HR administrative tasks
