We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR department. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, & employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have strong communication skills, and be able to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
- Support onboarding activities such as preparing orientation materials and coordinating with new hires.
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave records, and HR-related reporting.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in BBA/MBA (HRM) or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
