HR/ADMIN INTERN

Job description:

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Support payroll and attendance tracking
• Basic knowledge of HR policies
• checking office maintenance
• Handle basic office administration tasks (filing, documentation, supplies management)

Education: Bachelor's degree (HR and related field preferred)

Experience: 0-6 months
