Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-presented Receptionist Intern to support front-desk operations and assist the HR department in daily administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh candidates to gain hands-on experience in office coordination, customer service, and HR support.

This is a 3-month internship with the possibility of a full-time job opportunity based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the lobby, reception, meeting rooms, and public areas.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and stocked with necessary stationery items (pens, forms, etc.).
  • Greet and guide visitors politely and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Assist in handling incoming calls and respond to basic inquiries professionally.
  • Provide general company information to visitors and callers when required.
  • Support the maintenance of visitor logs and follow basic security procedures.
  • Assist in entering new joiners' basic details into HRMS under HR supervision.
  • Help update daily attendance and leave records in HRMS.
  • Prepare simple documents such as account opening letters for new joiners (with guidance).
  • Support the HR team with recruitment tasks, including interview scheduling and managing candidate records.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, record-keeping, and distributing documents.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the HR Department or management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS or equivalent).
  • Preferred Qualification: Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Professional attitude, positive personality, and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
