We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to assist in the entire recruitment cycle and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Human Resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement within a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Help draft and publish job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain applicant tracking sheets.
  • Support in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Assist in planning and executing HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support HR team in performance evaluations and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all HR operations comply with company policies and confidentiality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR tools or ATS software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
