We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives. Work Details:

➜ Office Location: Paragon City, Lahore

➜ Working Days: Monday to Friday

➜ Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

The Role:

➜ Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records

➜ Support onboarding and orientation of new hires

➜ Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation

➜ Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events

➜ Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requests and queries

➜ Help in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and communication materials

➜ Conduct initial screening calls and provide feedback to the HR team

➜ Support performance management activities and attendance tracking

➜ Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

➜ Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

➜ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

➜ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

➜ Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

➜ Eagerness to learn about HR processes and best practices

➜ Ability to work independently and within a team environment

➜ Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail
