HR Intern

Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Onsite – 4C Bankers Society, Lahore
Department: Human Resources
Duration: 3 Months

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support daily HR operations, assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation processes, and gain hands-on experience in all HR functions within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help in attendance tracking and leave management
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and reports
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee data
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
