HR Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for recruitment.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and maintain employee records.
  • Address employee inquiries and support engagement initiatives.
  • Organize HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
  • Support performance evaluation processes and HR policy enforcement.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or a related role
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
