Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to HR managers in daily tasks and overall HR operations.
  • Address and manage employee issues, concerns, and complaints.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new hires.
  • Search for potential candidates through different hiring platforms and online job advertisements.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews in a professional and efficient manner.
